* Becoming training leader in Egypt, conducting training programs for Ministries, Foundations, and Industrial Training Council
* Train more that 500 fresh graduates qualifying them to the labor market
* Built up a huge reputable clients in Egypt, including Multinational, International, Government, small business enterprises. (ex. Central bank of Egypt, Pfizer, Mobinil, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism, FGF (Future Generation Foundation), ABB, Schnider, …etc.
* Founded a non profit foundation called Career Development Foundation (CDF), it will be specialized in three areas as follows:
* Entrepreneurship program awareness
* Training & recruiting prospected graduates
* Environmental (for a healthy life and healthy environment awareness.)
* Expanded in HR consultancy in JD, Salary & benefits survey, ( my company conducted salary & benefits survey for the Egyptian Banking Institution, and other international companies)
